LRS inc. President, Dean Mabe, has been involved in land planning in the Front Range region since 1966. He has been on staff with the Colorado Springs Planning department and the chief project planner with key developers in the region. In addition, Dean has been department head of two of the largest engineering firms in Colorado (United Planning and Engineering of Colorado Springs and MSM-SP Group of Denver). His influence has far exceeded any one land planner in the front range area. His experience includes mountain recreational developments, urban subdivisions, rural subdivisions, golf course communities, industrial parks, commercial centers, multi-use master plans and land use studies.
